Pool leak repair

  We have decided to build on a shifting sand bar, and we must deal with the repercussions.  One of which is broken pool plumbing.  

  I got a call from a buddy of mine who runs another pool company to come out and find a leak for him.  We dove in and dye tested the returns.  Only to find all we’re leaking out the top. Which tells me right of  the bat the plumbing has sunk and forced the top of the return to crack. 

  To fix this problem we must cut the concrete above the return. Dig down and expose the plumbing where it meets the wall. Cut it out and bring the plumbing level again. Glue new returns back to the pool.  That wash in sand under the plumbing to stop it from happening again.
